Designed as an affordable alternative to massive commercial rice plants, it combines the processes of de-husking (hulling), bran separation, and polishing into a single, continuous, single-pass operation—transforming raw field paddy into clean, polished white head rice on a compact footprint.

• Single-Pass Integrated Hulling & Polishing: Strips the outer tough husk, separates the fine inner rice bran (choker), and polishes rice kernels into clean, lustrous white head rice in a single continuous flow.
• Low Grain Breakage & High Yield: Features adjustable friction pressure controls on the steel alloy or rubber roller mechanism to maximize whole head-rice recovery rates (up to 68%–72%) while keeping broken grains to a minimum.
• Integrated Cyclone Bran Collector: Equipped with a built-in suction blower fan that automatically draws out light husks and fine rice bran, discharging them cleanly into a collection bag for use as livestock feed while keeping the work area dust-free.
• Domestic Single-Phase Compatibility: Powered efficiently by a standard 2 HP to 5 HP electric motor operating on single-phase 220V household electricity (or portable diesel engines for off-grid operations).
• Multi-Grain Versatility: Many mini rice mill designs come as combined models equipped with an auxiliary disc or hammer mill pulverizer on the opposite side, allowing operators to mill rice and grind wheat, maize, pulses, or spices using a single motor drive.
